Dziergowice

Dziergowice is a small village located in the province of Opole. The first information about it comes from 1274. It was here that the crossing to the other side of the Oder was going to the village of Przewóz.

Tourist attractions of the village are primarily water reservoirs that are the remains of excavations of gravel. Dziergowice also has a historic church. St. Anna and the cemetery chapel from 1794.

During the Second World War, the German units were stationed in the Dziergowice area. The soldiers were responsible for handling the FuMG-65 ground radar and the FlaK 39 anti-aircraft battery cooperating with the radar.
