Rudzkie Lasy is a very interesting option for long walks and cycling. The forests are divided by a dense network of roads. You can walk here differently each time. Here and there you can additional attractions like commemorative stones. It is also worth taking a stroll to Rud, where there is a gothic Cistercian palace-monastery.
