Chuchelná

The village of Chuchelná is part of the Hlučín Region, which is a forgotten piece of Upper Silesia.

This is an area where the Czech, Moravian, German and Polish people lived together to create their own separate culture. A nice small town has a lot to offer. It is worth stopping at Lichnovský Park, there are benches and you can relax by a small pond. Nearby are other attractions such as Lichnovský Mausoleum, Kostel Povýšení sv. Kříže, Heritage museum in Chuchelná and the castle but I couldn't get to it. For a delicious Czech beer, I invite you to Tělovýchovná jednota Spartak Restaurant.

Petrovice u Karviné

Border areas are a place where nationalities, language and customs mix. Petrovice u Karviné is a fairly large Czech village on the border with Poland, which is very positive proof of the above thesis. You can easily speak here in Czech, Polish or English and the inhabitants are very friendly. It is worth coming here by bike or car to relax and eat well in Chateau Petrovice. The Chateau is surrounded by a small but well-kept park.

Sudice

Sudice is a sleepy village on the Polish-Czech border. It is worth choosing to feel the Czech climate, eat well and drink cold beer at the restaurant "U zlatého džbánu". There are two pretty churches here: Evangelical and Orthodox Church and the Catholic Church of St. John the Baptist. At the entrance to the village, there is a T-34 tank as Monument of Czechoslovak tankmen.
